Yin Lee brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed insolvency practitioner and non-practising solicitor, providing expert guidance to businesses and individuals facing financial difficulties. 

Yin founded Yin Lee Associates with the belief that every client is individual and special. Her firm is committed to helping all, no matter the size or complexity of the case. With a client-focused approach, Yin ensures that each business or individual receives the tailored, strategic support they need to achieve fair and effective resolutions.

Yin is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association to undertake appointments in all formal insolvency procedures including company liquidations and administrations and personal insolvency including bankruptcy and voluntary arrangements.

Yin is the current president of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

Yin sits on the Football Association’s National Serious Disciplinary Panel and is a General Appeals Board Member.
